ThreeSixAtelier — Refund & Return Policy
At ThreeSixAtelier, every drop is produced in limited quantities and checked carefully before it ships. Because of that, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery:
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- the packaging
We’ll review it and, if confirmed, we may replace the item or issue store credit — at our discretion.
Sizing & Fit
Please double-check measurements and size guides before checking out. Since all sales are final, we cannot swap sizes or accept returns for fit or preference.
Order Changes
Once you place an order, it moves fast. We can’t modify, cancel, or combine orders after checkout.
Shipping Issues
When a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages must be handled directly with the carrier.
